Off the back of his 2023 FNB Art Prize win, photographic artist Lindokuhle Sobekwa opened his solo exhibition, Umkhondo: Going Deeper, at Johannesburg Art Gallery.
He was the first artist working solely within the photographic medium to receive the award since Cedric Nunn's inaugural win in 2011.
