Today we teleport ourselves to the streets of Bangkok, Thailand to pay homage to the artistes who create this quintessential Thai dish, Thai Basil Chicken. Our interpretation includes the (IMHO, essential) crispy fried egg to top it off. For this episode I made my first trip to what has become the famous Grand Asia Market in Cary, NC. Hot chilies, plentiful garlic, soy, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and a double hunka hunka Basil leaves make this an incredibly flavorful dish.
