Get ready for some sky magic this July ????✨. The first full moon of summer is called the Thunder Moon, and it’s showing up on the night of July 10th. It’s named that because this time of year, there are lots of thunderstorms in North America. If you look up on a clear night, you might also spot the Milky Way — our home galaxy — especially if you’re far away from city lights. Then, on July 24th, it’s a new moon, which means no moonlight, making it the best time to see the stars. And guess what? At the end of the month, July 29th and 30th, you’ll see two meteor showers at once! So grab a blanket and watch the sky — it’s gonna be awesome ????????.
