Try putting your attention on one of the following things at a time whilst repeating these lines
1) notes 2) timing 3) articulation 4)fingers 5) airstream 6) tuning - intonation etc

As well, You can ask yourself the following questions:

1) Are my notes clean?
2) Are my notes in time and even- or lumpy?
3) Is my articulation light and natural?
4) Are my fingers close to the keys?
5) Is my airstream constant and supported?
6) How is my tuning throughout the lines?
7) Is my embouchure relaxed
8) Is my throat relaxed
9) Does my sound embue life - and positivity or is it lame?
