The Legend of the Ancient Demon of the Forest
A long time ago, in the deep forests, there was a mystical creature known as Shmuron - the Demon of the Forest. This demon, although called a demon, was actually a kind and wise spirit of the forest. He lived in dense thickets and branches of old trees, penetrating into every thread of roots and leaves.
Shmuron was known for his devotion and care for travelers who got lost in his forests. Instead of scaring them, he warned them and guided them on the right path. His eyes sparkled with soft lights, and he created bright paths that led to safe places.
When night fell on the forest, he lit his magic candles so that travelers could find shelter and peace.
Shmuron was strongly connected with nature. He could summon rains to quench thirst and revive greenery, and carry away dangerous forest fires. He knew every tree and every spider in his forest and guarded them from evil strangers. Thanks to its protection, the forest has always been fertile and alive.
To those who were brave enough to come to the forest, Shmuron sometimes appeared in the form of an ancient tree, growing up in front of them. He spoke words of wisdom and warned against dangers. Travelers who listened to him with humility always found their way and left the forest with gratitude in their hearts.
The Demon of the Forest also liked to make riddles and warn travelers through them. One day, he asked a young man: "What is inside, but never comes out, and always thirsts for knowledge?" The traveler pondered for a long time and finally realized that the answer was "heart".
The demon smiled and said: "That is how, my son, you have gained wisdom... Now throw out those mushrooms that you collected, otherwise your heart will stop forever!". Oh, what a joker!)
Over the years, the Demon of the Forest became weaker, and the forests under his protection decreased. But he did not stop caring about the travelers, even when his light gradually faded. His last wish was that everyone who entered his forests should remain vigilant and take care of nature, since the forest was his home and his soul.
And so, Shmuron remained in memory as a kind and wise spirit who protected the forest and all its visitors, and as a reliable guide in the world of wildlife.
