Two note per string 7th chord arpeggios. I like to call these diagonal arpeggios since you can grab them in 3 octaves if you desire. I originally learned this cycle in 4ths concept from Jody Fisher. Fantastic teacher. I met him at the National Guitar Workshop in the early 2000s and it he was a fantastic influence along with a host of other incredible people I got to study with. This exercise sounds more fun than it is to actually play the arpeggios like this. But I found it kind of fun.
I remember being stuck in arpeggios. After learning these two note per string arpeggios from Kurt Rosenwinkel, in a masterclass, they really opened up my fretboard. Memorizing the cycle and being able to move it around the fretboard will absolutely help you in your changes playing.
Cue the Mario kart comments. :)
