Have you ever seen professional sand sculpting in action?
This girl is competing in a sand castle competition and her finished sculpture is unbelievable. She starts by smoothing out the base shape and then adds some extensions for what looks to be the roof of a house. She then begins to line the roof with seashells, spacing out each one perfectly for a nice even pattern. Next, she starts to carve out the sides of with various miniature sculpting tools. It may look like she’s just making a regular old house, but the ending is pleasantly surprising. As she continues working, the details get more intricate and complex.
