Fine Art Tutorials. This is the second of a two-part video where I visit Chelmsford City centre to paint the Shire Hall. I start by drawing an outline of the buildings using a fine point permanent ink pen. I then demonstrate the complete painting process while painting plein-air in the city centre. You can watch any time after 6pm. UK time next Friday the 1st of August 2025.
