Here is the transposition in F major of a chord progression based on the circle of fifths, previously published in other keys. This progression features some diminished chords that I consider as substitutions for the typically used chords in a "normal" progression. I have indicated both the chord notation referring to the circle of fifths progression and, in parentheses, a more immediate notation that allows easier visualization of the chords as enharmonically equivalent and without inversion. When referring to the chords in parentheses, some accidentals in the sheet music should be adjusted accordingly.
Regarding the last diminished chord, namely A°7/G♭, I prefer to consider it as a kind of temporary 'dominant' (actually the diminished seventh degree), even though it is in inversion, rather than simply seeing it as a passing chord. It resolves back to the fourth degree (B♭maj7), the first chord of the progression.
