BTS, 2022 MAMA서 첫 플래티넘 영예 7년 연속 대상 수상

At the 2022 MAMA Awards in Osaka on Wednesday, BTS became the first artists to win a new award, the MAMA Platinum.
Formerly the Mnet Asian Music Awards, the MAMA Awards are one of K-pop's biggest awards shows.
It created the Platinum award for artists who have won in four main categories in a single year.
BTS was given the MAMA Platinum for winning the 'Artist of the Year,' 'Album of the Year,' 'Song of the Year,' and 'Worldwide Icon of the Year' for three years in a row beginning in 2019.
This year, BTS won in three of the four main categories.
BTS has won in at least one main category for seven straight years.
BTS member J-Hope separately won two awards, one for 'Bibigo Culture and Style' and one for 'The Most Popular Male Artist'.
