The Kochi Biennale Foundation, with the Gidree Bawlee Foundation of Arts, with support from Durjoy Bangladesh Foundation, presents ‘Bhumi.’ The project brought together craftspersons from four villages to collaborate with artist Kamruzzaman Shadhin to create several installations exploring local materials, traditional crafts and agricultural practices, and their inherent connection to the communities.
