Australia's Immigration system designed to 'dehumanise' says artist

The Australia government claims a hard-line immigration policy has been successful in defeating criminal networks of people traffickers.

But one artist who spent eight years in detention, says the offshore processing centres were designed to 'dehumanise', as the UK's Rwanda scheme faces criticism.
