Artists Perform in Chile in Support of Palestinians | VOA News

A large group of artists gathered Saturday in front of Santiago's Museum of Art to perform in support of the Palestinian victims of the war between Israel and Hamas.

One hundred people lying on the ground covered in white bags represented Palestinians killed during the conflict. For approximately five minutes, 90 bells rang, symbolizing the more than 90 days since the war began.

Israeli forces have completed dismantling Hamas' "military framework" in northern Gaza, killing about 8,000 militants in that area and seizing tens of thousands of weapons and millions of documents there, a military spokesperson said Saturday.

Israeli Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari said in an online briefing that Israel is now focused on breaking up Hamas in the central and southern Gaza Strip, acknowledging this will take time. #Gaza #Israel #Chile #reels #videography #voanews
