Artist Lesley Wengembo’s work shines during dark times in PNG | The Pacific | ABC News

Lesley Wengembo is a Papua New Guinean artist who is famous for his large photorealistic portraits. He’s painted Fijian NRL legend Petero Civoniceva, the late Grand Chief, Sir Michael Somare, and recently finished a massive mural at the Hilton Hotel in Port Moresby. The Pacific caught up with Lesley during its creation.
