Alastor's Musical Recap of Hazbin Hotel is AMAZING

Did you know this in Hazbin Hotel?

So season 2 releases tomorrow, and although there’s no more sneak peeks we got one final surprise being a new alastor song. Let me explain.

So today is vivziepop’s birthday and in order to celebrate the hellaverse twitter account posted a new video. It’s a song from alastor recapping the events of season 1.

The introduction is custom made, and then plays through the season like normal.

The song itself is amazing, the lines are incredibly charming. The background instrumental fits alastor perfectly, featuring a piano, trumpets and various other instruments.

My favourite thing about it however is that it’s alastor’s first solo song since the pilot. He recaps everything from his point of view, meaning he alters the events slightly to make himself look better.

When it gets to loser baby alastor says did anyone actually like this part.

He calls lucifer corny.

Mimzy barged in and no one liked that.

Him and husk had a “friendly little chat”

Alastor got a little hurt in the final battle but did all the work.

And lastly he calls the hotel pointless.

Personally i adored this song, it was great.
