Pingjiang County's flood control emergency response has been upgraded to level 2, and Pingjiang and Miluo have deployed frontline personnel for flood fighting and rescue operations.

Meteorological analyst at China Weather Network, said Pingjiang has experienced frequent rainfall in the past month, especially heavy rainstorms in the past two days.
