Come into my studio to watch the
start a new woman in the wind piece. First I draw a sketch on paper, then transfer it onto wood using Saral transfer paper. I use a sharpie to darken the faint and fragile lines left by the transfer paper. Finally I cut out the shape on my bandsaw, removing unwanted areas of wood. And now I am ready to start to carve.
