I’ve created a MONSTER ???? The Potcopus has emerged on the lawns at @potfest.co.uk in Glynde place just outside Lewes and a short hop from Brighton ???? Watch the full vid to see how I make it and the tiny surprise at the end ???? The Potcopus is quite like me and all about going on adventures to explore the world of pottery. It’s a hand built form that I made in parts so it would fit in my kiln and I’ve made it a vibrant ORANGE as I’ve never done orange tentacles before ???? In its tentacles you will find a collection of miniature thrown vases that have been fired in a microwave to showcase several pottery techniques. Hopefully it is a creature that invites potters of all ages to enjoy the whimsy of clay ???? come and say hi if you can this weekend? OR tell me what creature to make next below ????
