0:06 1. Separate Colors
We can use the Color Mixer (formerly known as HSL) to separate the warmer fall tones from the rest in order to make the colors pop.
1:40 2. Calibration adjustments
In the calibration panel we can play around to give the autumn foliage more intense color tones without effect the other colors too much!
2:40 3. Split Toning
Under the Color Grading panel is where we can find the split toning. Using Lightrooms split toning tool we can artificially boost the autumn tones by specifically targeting highlights, mid-tones, shadows or even the global image.
4:32 4. Targeted Color Adjustments
Using Color Range masks or the newly added Lightroom tool point color we can target specific colors and boost them to give them more attention
6:29 5. Profiles
Using specific profiles we can give the base raw photo way stronger autumn tones by shifting other colors. These are profiles pre-installed within Lightroom, you'll find them in the profiles menu.
7:56 6. Low Contrast
Especially for foggy scenes, try flatting your photo by lowering the contrast. This makes the photo look softer and helps improve the mood of foggy scenes!
