The leader of the National Unity Platform Robert Kyagulanyi has been identified as the leading choice for President in the event that President Yoweri Museveni does not run for re-election in 2021. This was one of the findings of the Uganda Governance pulse report, which was released today. The survey however shows that President Museveni is still more popular than any potential contenders for the country's top job.
