Welcome to Business Over Drinks, one of the most unique podcasts you will find anywhere in the world helmed by two people from different walks of life.
This entrepreneur podcast is an extension of their real-life experiences as business owners, salaried employees and industry mavericks who made mistakes along the way and lived to talk about it.

WE SPEAK TO: Darryl Lim
A performer, deviser, playwright and researcher. In 2016, he founded Split Theatre, a Singapore theatrical production house that focuses on developing stories from the personal experiences of its actors, with an emphasis on creating original, process-driven and ensemble-focused works.

Darryl is now a trained Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) certification trainer, master practitioner and coach, and a certified coach (trained by Collective Change Institute and accredited by the International Coaching Federation). He has also obtained a Master of Arts in Theatre Studies Research. Darryl’s research interests stem from the training of renowned theatre director Jerzy Grotowski, and he seeks to facilitate the actor’s work on their self, so that each individual in his team becomes a fuller and more complete human being. In this manner, as each actor grows to become who they really are and who they can be, Split Theatre becomes fuller and more complete in its mission as well: each person really matters.

He is hosting the "Don't Cancer Me Can" production will run from 18 - 21 December at The Arts House (2pm and 8pm shows for 18th - 19th, and 8pm shows for 20th - 21st), with ticket prices going for S$35.00 each. Tickets here: https://tinyurl.com/DontCancer-Split
He is also hosting a 10-week Work On The Self Program here: https://www.splittheatre.com/wots
