1. Accent The Beat!
I always make sure to be picking/accenting the beat within my arpeggios. A lot of players will use a hammer-on and pull-off at the top of their arpeggios. Which can be more technically efficient. But accenting the beat with a pick attack not only gives you a better connection to the beat and therefore a better sense of timing, but also a better sounding note on the beat!

2. Practice with a lot of gain!
This is surprising advice to some but the goal with sweep picking across strings is to not hear ANY bleed from string to string. The high gain sound will make any excess noise/sound be heard more and give you a better representation of how clean your technique really is. You can always back off the gain after when you have a clean technique locked in.

3. Boring Chords = Boring Arpeggios!
The most overlooked part of sweeping arpeggios comes to the music theory of it. A great sounding chord progression will ALWAYS make a great sounding sweeping arpeggio progression. Arpeggios are just broken down chords so spend time putting together a chord progression that will sound great whether you're strumming the chords acoustically or blazing through them as fast arpeggios!
