Amazing sculptures.
Participant of the first hour and an assiduous exhibitor in artist meetings, Philippe Métivier is an artist from Persac and known in the region of South Vienne.
Philippe started his artist's journey in 1993 at the time of his retirement at the age of 55 after a long career working for EDF. He signed up in the school year in September at the School of Fine Arts in Poitiers to take sculpture lessons.
Philippe's sculptures most often have a political subject, and question or alert on geographical or societal issues.
