200 Km/h Typhoon Podul SLAMS Taiwan! Cars Flipped, Trees Down, Total Chaos!
Typhoon Podul has roared across southern Taiwan, bringing destructive winds, torrential rain, and widespread disruptions. Making landfall in Taitung County before sweeping westward through Tainan, the storm packed sustained winds of 155 km/h and gusts up to 191 km/h.
Over 5,500 people were evacuated, hundreds of flights canceled, and entire regions placed under heavy rain and wind warnings. Sadly, one person is missing and at least 33 have been injured as flooding, fallen trees, and landslides threaten communities.
