This highlight of the Festival offers an unforgettable experience for emerging musicians and a fascinating insight for audiences. Young tertiary-level musicians receive lessons, masterclasses, and mentoring from some of the world's best international and Australian artists. Since 1992, this program has been nurturing music talent, providing networking and performance opportunities alongside coaching and development.

This year's program participants include two ensembles from Sydney and one from Melbourne. It's so wonderful to watch their progress over the 10 days they're in Townsville-Gurambilbarra.

Don't miss the chance to peek into the coaching process by attending one of the student masterclasses. Three of these one-hour sessions are FREE for the public to attend. The program culminates in the AFCM International Masterclasses Concert, with tickets just $39 (included in both Gold and Gold Plus Subscriptions). ????
