This week continues straight from Week 7 – Freeing It Up, but now the focus shifts towards how bass beats can deepen and open up the groove.
You’ll see how subtle changes in bass placement transform the “accent-before-pulse” feel we explored last time — leading to new levels of flow and solo freedom.

We’re still inside that 12/8 pocket, but this session takes things a few steps further, giving you more ways to connect your phrases, ride the groove, and start to improvise confidently.

???? Best experienced with a metronome or backing pulse — listen for how the bass notes steer the rhythm.
