A living legend makes history once again by becoming the oldest model ever featured on a Vogue magazine cover. The April issue of Vogue Philippines features 106-year-old Apo Maria “Whang-Od” Oggay. She’s well-known in the country for her practice of tattooing by hand, an ancient art form. Despite living in a remote village, people will make the arduous trek to get one of her tattoos.
