Painters block can be horrible and it can happen to anyone at any skill level
Painting warhammer 40k and age of sigmar models can sometimes push up into a corner when the model is overloaded with details or even if it is just us in a rut
Find a way to make it interesting or a different feel to inspire or just put it down and come back with fresh eyes
Personally I like to just lay down some pink and blue and give it an atmosphere that could lead into the model telling a different story than what we're use too
