▶️ Try this FLAM exercise on your PRACTICE PAD with your METRONOME! It is essentially an extension of the FLAM ACCENT where you change the first 2 notes of the flam accent into DOUBLE STROKE PAIRS.
▶️ With practice, it can also be moved around the kit and become a funky FILL!
